The mission I'll Never Forget This Minute, This Second was a success and we've defeated the Anti-Spiral. Huzzah!

Important Notes:
- In spite of the immense power and scale the Anti-Spiral brought to the playing field, we managed to defeat it through sheer grit, determination, teamwork, and everyone getting Size Ignore.
- Because of the destruction of Chouginga Gurren Lagann, everyone had to first go to the GL people's homeworld and then journey back here. Fortunately thanks to some synchronization with the passage of time, they won't be aged another seven years.
- The TSAB's been informed of the threat of this "Spiral Nemesis", a hypothetical collapse of universes if too much material is created in them, but with no indication that it's going to happen any time soon they're willing to take a less stupid approach than the Anti-Spiral to preventing it from happening.
- Nia and Simon can finally have their wedding!

Damages:
- Sam got stabbed in the back by a really big, nasty drill. Just a little bit of a stab, but he should take it easy all the same. Then again, considering what Sam does to take it easy...
- X-Buster's sustained considerably more damage and will need a week for repairs.
- The Ark's gotten pretty beat up too and thus it (and by extension Ark Gurren Lagann) will be unusable for a while.
- Cathedral Terra was completely destroyed though. Blargh. No way to get it back but we'll make due.
- Everyone else suffered mild damage at most.

Okay, barring any more unforeseen circumstances (and that won't be until next week), the GL finale SHOULD be at 11 AM Central today, January the 17th.

On account of some real life stuff, the Gurren Lagann finale's been put off for a short while.

Now there's the possibility of running it next week, but at the same time if people are up for it, there's still the option to run it either this Thursday or Friday. I do not go into work until 4 PM Central time on these days, leaving me a decent chunk of time to work with if we were to start the mission at 11 AM Central at the very latest.

If you're interested and willing to do this, please respond below. Everyone who wants to be on the mission, please also give me your availability next week if possible.

Just with using a single, concave lens of glass, a few candles lit around her in a rune-like pattern, and a collection of dirt and dust samples she's taken from Fanelia, Arkham, the various Spiral-'verse villages, and other locations which came to this Earth through dimensional shenanigans.]

I found the ring. It's... somewhere between dimensions. Leave it to the Anti-Spiral to do what it can to keep a low profile.

Excellent. It's good to know that you still haven't lost your edge. And with Cathedral Terra, even such a location isn't beyond us.

Indeed. Now all we need to do is prepare. The damage the Anti-Spiral's inflicted on one universe is severe enough; and it's shown it has no intention of ignoring other realities now that the boundaries between them have been weakened so severely. I will pass it on to Ayame and the others.

The mission This is My Final Duty was a success... But another bad guy took advantage of it!

Important Notes:
- Earth is surrounded by an impenetrable Ruina shield right now! Until we can find a way to break it, we (and most other Earth forces too) are stuck in space!
- The Aurum invasion is destroyed for good. They won't bother us anymore.
- Rossiu returned, and he's surprisingly non-dorky.
- We have two more cool battleships to play with - Arc-Gurren and Cathedral Terra. The latter one is especially big, and shouldn't get close to Earth's surface!
- According to Nia, soon the Anti-Spirals will enter a full war with humanity. We will be ready.
- The Forces of Nature don't even pretend to be hostile towards humans anymore.

Damages:
Most units took some degree of damage (not just those who were on the mission - it was a massive battle), but we should have at least some of them fully repaired for the next mission.

The mission The Dormouse was a success... but not a complete one.

Important Notes:
-The battleship Nicholas Kerensky has been taken from Jade Falcon hands. To be precise, they surrendered it after ALICE took control of its systems and Ranna won a series of one-on-one fights with its defenders.
-ALICE tried to get rid of the (Jade Falcon, but surrendered) crew by venting the ship's atmosphere. She was stopped by Caulder, and is good at covering her tracks so others won't discover it unless either of the two tells them.
-Simon is back! It seems many years have passed in his universe, and its Earth (and now ours too) is under attack by aliens known as Anti-Spiral. Unfortunately Nia is one of them. Or is she?
-We failed to stop any of the drop ships from entering Earth's atmosphere. The Jade Falcon invasion of Wolf territory will proceed at full strength.

Damages:
-Ranna's Warhawk suffered serious damage and lost both of its arms. It is technically operational but it will take over two weeks to restore it to full functionality.
-Ryou's Nevermore was burned by a series of explosions. Its limbs need to be repaired almost from scratch, at this rate it is easier to just replace them with new parts. Ryou's wallet is crying.
-Caulder's Zeta Plus and Elena's ~~Aries~~ Mikail lost non-essential body parts that will take a few days to replace.
-Other units suffered minor damage.

So the mission The Dormouse has to be rescheduled because my father could not be asked to wait to repair my car until a time of day where the Sun was actually shining.

EDIT: Alright, the mission can't be done next week either, so The Dormouse is going to be put on the middle-burner as it is.

Please post below with the best available times you have coming up for the next few weekends. I'd ideally like to run this as soon as I can; cancelling it was unfortunate, unintended, and unplanned, and I don't want to leave everyone hanging for too terribly long.

EDIT THE SECOND: I just realized that this mission could also be handled -if everyone involved would be okay with it- as a log. The individual events could be progressed whenever the people involved with them had time on their hands, and we could probably be done with it before long.

That said, I won't go this route if anyone required for the mission has objections to it.

[It's discussion time... with Ayame talking with some Clanner woman about some random Bad Thing going on. And Ayame's being, well...]

So... just to double check, this fighting force that is "two galaxies' worth" is over nine hundred mechs, or comparable fighting power in terms of support craft and infantry, yes?

[The woman on the other end nods.]

Aff. Our chief concern though is recovering the CJF Nicholas Kerensky from the Jade Falcons. If we can fight to the center of the ship-

[And at that Ayame shakes her head.]

I'm sorry, but it's not our place to complete ignore an entire army trying to drop in on the Earth itself. The good news is though, we can get your ship back for you just fine, and it'll be easier than you think...

Okay then everyone.

Apparently the Jade Falcons are in the mood to take their not-so-little war to Clan Wolf with as much as they can have, even smashing through a few colonial security ships along the way. They're planning on inserting an army "two galaxies" strong -it's big, but not excessively so- and honestly, I'd rather we try to nip this as much in the bud as possible.

We're going to be running a false flag operation: while the Jade Falcons try to angle their ships to keep the Chalice from getting in close, we'll sneak in a small fighting force around the side with the intent of taking down as many of their dropships as possible. The more we kill while they're in space, the fewer everyone has to worry about on the surface.

The Falcons are also using a ship they stole from Clan Wolf, called the Nicholas Kerensky, for this little operation. The Wolves want them back, and getting it back would give us even more firepower to shoot those dropships out of the sky with too. And fortunately, since the Wolves made the thing, they also know about security backdoors in the ship systems that the Falcons haven't figured out yet. Backdoors we'll be able to exploit to take back control with minimal effort, at least with the right hacking software.

All in all, should be fairly open-and-shut, and at the very least we'll disrupt the Falcon's efforts enough for them to lose any advantage this attack would've given.

The mission I Will Head Towards Tomorrow was finished successfully, though some distressing news means we will have to bid farewell to the some good friends of ours.

Important Notes:
- Lordgenome, the Spiral King, was defeated in battle. His armies have, as per his word, surrendered. They're taking the loss with varying degrees of dignity, except for Viral who is an absolute wreck about it.
- Before he fell off the top of the Teppelin, Lordgenome described to us a "curse of the Spiral", native to his, Simon, and Rossiu's home Universe that they brought with them to our universe when dimensional anomalies brought them here. The weakening of dimensional boundaries after Kairos Aspida's arrival supposedly made the danger of this curse very real, with the only means of averting it would be for every native of the GL-'verse to return home.
- Fortunately, the Teppelin is equipped with the means of traveling between dimensions and has more than enough room to house the various villages and any culturally relevant things they might have. Plans are being drawn up for a "world tour" to gather up the members of each village. We'll also be giving them some resources and medical guides in the hopes that they can avoid the curse too.
- in other news, Prince Leopold has a rival for the throne: his elder sister Magdalena! And apparently, Space Genies are very real things and when they grant your machines invincibility, it's legit invincible.
- Yuu's made ace status several times over.

Damages:
- Gurren Lagann and the Dai-Gurren both have been pretty bashed up in the struggle. We're getting them repaired before Simon and co. have to leave as a parting gift.
- Matthew's Nova was thoroughly perforated by a fake Lazengann. It'll need ten days before it's repaired.
- Sam's suffering from internal bleeding and a few cracked ribs, along with a busted exosuit. The suit's replacement is being sent over by the Hadou Foundation and should be here by the end of the week. Sam himself will have to take it easy for five days.
- Everyone else suffered comparatively minor damage.

I don't understand... the maps said there was a town here though! And everything else'd been accurate up until this point!

And there shouldn't be a mountain off in the distance either.

... Dan,can you give us a more up-close picture of it? I'm not Maxene with her... well, everything, but this doesn't feel right.

Yeah, sure it's...

Alright then everyone. As you know we were planning on making a rest stop a short while ago. The problem is: everything was completely demolished. And this-

It's designed the same way other Beastman machines are, just bigger than anything we've ever seen. And on top of that, Rossiu's told me that the transponder in the Gurren's activated, giving us coordinates which match that thing's location and vector.

I know there's been talk before about the Beastmen's leader... but it looks like we've finally found him.

The mission So Long, Buddy was a victory, albeit one paid with a cost. On that day, we lost something that couldn't be replaced.

Important Notes:
- Kamina was mortally wounded in the battle and died right after it was over. He passed away with a smile on his face.
- The land battleship Dai-Ganzan is in our hands now.
- It's still a mystery why Waco's Rangers pretended to use Clan 'mechs.

Damages:
- Resnick's Timber Wolf took light damage that will take around 4 days to fix.
- Corona, Zweilicht and Sigil suffered medium armor damage that'll be repaired over 7 days. On its own, in Sigil's case.
- Juggau and Gurren were trashed pretty heavily. Both units will take 10 days to repair fully. Lagann is mostly fine though.
- Super Gundam can barely move at this point. It will take 14 days to fix all the damage it suffered.

Important Notes:
- Hades was revealed to be the true mastermind behind the Underworld invasion. Unfortunately, because he closed the portal, all we can do for now is wait for him to make his move.
- Gurren and Lagann gained the ability to combine into Gurren Lagann!
- Anyone with technical skills can extract videos of Gurren and Desu Nocturne being turned into eggplants on legs and running around like headless chickens from the mission footage.

Damages:
- Nova was hit very hard and will take 10 days to repair.
- Cherubot, Astraea, 00 and Nocturne suffered medium damage and are very low on energy. They will take 7 days to repair each.
- Mio's Strikers suffered light damage and will take around 5 days to fix. The Witch herself should rest during that time.
- Gurren and Lagann fixed themselves when they combined and only have some scratches at this point.

- Tron has obtained not only the Diana's Tear and the Golden Refractor.
- The small populace of Litner has moved onto the Chalice's spare rooms, bringing with them their gear.
- Yoko and Leeron have joined the party as NPCs until further notice.
- Kamina has obtained a Gunmen. He has called it Gurren.
- The remains of Litner has been looted by their people, and brought on board.
- Apparently Ancient Civilization created fermented explosive acid. Who knew?

Damages
- Resnick's mecha has taken a ton of damage, including acid burns, energy burns and missile damage. Additionally Resnick requires medical attention.
- Gurren and Lagann need some maintenance and acid treatment.
- Everyone else needs treatment for explosions, and checking for concussions.
- Vlaska needs hugs.

The mission "Yours is the Drill that Shall Pierce the Heavens" was a tremendous success!

Important notes:
- The White Chalice's intervention of the Neuroi has been reported to Fuso, and in turn reported to Britannia. Hopefully the fact the 501st is still doing their job will smooth over that whole Black Knights thing.
- Simon and Kamina, members of Jeeha Village, have joined the White Chalice with the Gunman known as Lagann.
- A large, OOO-themed cake was sent to the White Chalice from the mayor of Fuuto to celebrate the first kill the TaToBa Kick has ever done.
- After yet another check of historical charts, Dan has again found no record of Jeeha village or the islands it's under. For the time being, it's been agreed that knowledge of the islands to be kept on the down-low
- The pilot of the Gunzar was extracted from the machine. Curiously, the pilot is more animal than human, with the uncreative name "Beastman" being applied to him.

Damage:
- The Reinheit has had its right arm blown off at the shoulder. The limb was recovered though and work to re-attach it has begun.
-Sigil's sword, as well as its left arm and its right leg, have beenseverely damaged by Neuroi lasers. It will take some time to replace/repair them.
- Tsukasa Kadoya has taken some serious bumps and bruises from cushioning the Lagann's crash to the Earth.
-Yoshika Miyafuji has all but completely exhausted her readily availablemagical power. It will take some time for her to recover her reserves of magic power.
- The Gunzar has also been recovered at the behest of Kamina, along with the wreckage of the various other Gunmen to be used as spare parts to repair the Gunzar and improve on it.
