The location of the Blitz Valhalla base of operations has been discovered from the systems of Simoun Tyler's Cromwell, and with them is the transmission tower that allows the Izanami virus to continuously adapt to new cures and procedures. According to the Cromwell's data though, the facility (codenamed 'Yggdrasil') was supposed to be downright apocalypse proof, utilizing the Yasakani Veil - a tremendously powerful shield system - to a massive effect to prevent people from entering or leaving. However.... opportunity knocks only once when the shields fall for reasons unknown.
Unbeknownst to the Chalice however... an alliance of mutual convenience had been formed.
