Mission "Hope of Winter" debrief

The mission Hope of Winter was a partial success. We managed to stop the Predator Cities, but the Space Pirates accomplished their objective.

With this mission, the canon Mortal Engines is now finished.

Important Notes:
- Dark Samus managed to call the Leviathan to Earth. We're still calculating how much time will it take for it to arrive, but it's moving at an alarmingly fast rate...
- With Stalker Fang's death, the last remains of her loyalists surrendered to Green Storm.
- The floating system found in the ruins of Harrowbarrow will make it possible to make all Mobile Cities fly with very low energy costs. Municipal Darwinism will soon become obsolete.
- The Stalker Pandas have been put out of their misery. We wanted the species to return, but not like this!
- Samus returned to White Chalice.
- So did Christine, bringing a new mech with her!
- We have newcomers on board in the form of Rock Volnutt, his friends and their ship Flutter. Don't mistake him for Rock Light.

Damages:
- All the units who participated in this fight suffered some damage, but it should be repaired over time.
- Oenone Zero lost a few of her Stalkers, used to block Harrowbarrow's main cannon.

Hey Y'all! Fri here, with his latest character, Rock Volnutt (no way in hell I'm calling him Megaman Volnutt), from Megaman Legends/Rockman Dash 2, which in SRWUG@ can be considered a direct sequel of Misadventures of Tron Bonne! Expect to meet the Bonne family again soon! I always wanted to app him, but I wasn't sure before, and I was waving between him and Tron, but I decided to app Tron previously. But now I apped him!

Rock here is a (spoiler) ridiculously human robot, but not even him know that, so just refer to him as human.

Now if only someone would app Roll Caskett, this canon would be perfect...
