New canon limitation

UG@ is entering its endgame! Which still means there is almost a year's worth of gaming time left, but regardless we need to wrap various ingame plots up.

Because of that, we are introducing a limit to new canons. The limit goes live on August 1st - after this date, players will no longer be able to app characters from new canons. This does NOT apply to new players (those who do not have any characters), or players who only have characters without missions or those whose canons have all ended. There is no limitation on app'ing characters into already existing canons, or app'ing new characters but without any canon plot/missions for them.

So, to reiterate:
-You won't be able to app new canons, only app into existing canons or app new characters without their canon plot/missions.
-This does not affect new players, or players whose every character has their plot/missions concluded or didn't have any missions in the first place. Those players can app as per normal application rules.
-This rule goes live August 1st. If you want to app a new canon into the game, let the mods know before this date.

Mission: "End of the Swarm" reschedule

Sorry about this folks, should've gotten this up sooner.

tl; dr, due to last-minute scheduling changes, we can't run End of the Swarm tonight, and tomorrows right out as well. However, I want to run this as soon as possible, and I know I have Sunday available for me.

So please, everyone who wants on it, please tell me your availability for the upcoming Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. If enough people can make it, I'll run the mission on Sunday. If not, I'm hoping my schedule and everyone else's will line up for at least one of these days.
