Mission: "The Fall of Fanelia" debrief

The mission "The Fall of Fanelia" was a catastrophic failure.  Fanelia was burned to the ground.

Important notes
-At least, the people of Fanelia were saved, and have escaped into the local forests and mountains (these showed up when Fanelia did)
-Van Fanel has acquired his kingdom's treasure: the Escaflowne
-A machine-girl hybrid Lily Rain is bringing her ship along until it's repaired.  She'll be sticking around for a bit, if not indefinitely.
-Mashiro Blan de Windbloom will be aboard the White Chalice for the next week, until escorts from Windbloom pick her up at a safe and convenient location.

Damages
-Though healed during the mission, Arika and Mashiro should still be mindful of that ankle.
-On top of crashing through a tower on a castle, Lily Rain's ship took damages from Nanoha and Fate.
-The biggest of all, Fanelia is a smoldering husk of a kingdom.  This cannot be repaired, ever.
