[It's meeting time for the Chalice's command crew, but what particularly is the occasion?]
I heard this was going to be important... so tell me, did those competitive putting videos finally arrive? Oooh, or how about the latest installment of-
No... this is something much more serious. I've heard from a few sources that several of the world powers are trying to call their bluff, the others aren't willing to take the risk of opposing them on account of the various attacks in the Earth Sphere recently.
Wait... who're we talking about though?
The people who've been getting this message to every governing body they can in the past few days; not an easy task on account of there being no internet. And they would happen to be-
[And at that Ayame activates the recording.]
To everyone listening -and I hope that means everyone period-, the is Natasha Karchev. And I and the rest my team are in orbit. I will keep this short, so you can have as much time as is possible to take the steps we ask of you. This is the Earth's wakeup call; areas without governance are chaotic, and those with it are either corrupt or soon to be. In the past I helped save the world, but I didn't save it just so it would turn into this.
We, the Bronya team, are going to reverse this trend starting now. We have procured a weapon with immense power, and we have every intent to use it if we do not see real effort for change in the way this world works. I know these things take time, and I also know many of you do not believe me. To this end, we are going to arrange a test-firing soon. People may die in the result, but if they do, so be it. We will not waver from this.
Goodbye.

So we only have the loosest sense of where they are, what this weapon is, or where they're going to strike. Great. They're not making things easy on us. Dan, is the ship ready to go back into space?
Of course we are! The DC guys helped speed up repairs and it's about time we go back up into space anyways!
Good. See to that then. In the meantime, I suppose we're going to need to figure out some plan to find the Bronya team and then stop them in time.

Acquiring yet another of the setting's killsats, Vlaska's former friends and master are poised to use it to dictate terms in the Earth Sphere. And when they plan for a "test firing" to show they mean business, the White Chalice is forced to take action; action against more than they realize...
