My fellow Americans! We have been heinously attacked today by forces from beyond our great nation's borders! With unprovoked aggression, these invaders have killed many of our citizens, and thrown our very lives into turmoil! I, Richard Hawk, come before you today to say I will protect you! I will defend you! And I will bring justice to these evildoers! I am declaring a state of national emergency effective immediately - martial law will be in effect to prevent further attacks! Though our beloved President, Michael Wilson, is missing, I will take on his duties as Commander-in-Chief and make sure our great country stays safe! Secure! And protected! Justice will prevail against these evildoers!
