Neither PRIME nor Cynthia started any posts (requirements for activity are 20 tags and one mission or one post), or at least none were linked in the activity post. I additionally browsed the IC board for their posts and couldn't find anything for August.

Missions aren't the primary way of clearing the activity checks. Posts are - many characters do not participate in missions but regularly clear AC because they start posts and tag with other people.
