New canon limitation
As of today, the limit to apps that was discussed earlier goes live. To refresh everyone's memory, here's what it means:
Established players are no longer allowed to app new canons. You can however still app a character into an already existing canon. Also, following exceptions apply:
-New players (those who have no characters in the game) can app any canon they want, old or new, under standard application rules.
-Likewise, players whose all characters have had their canons ended and/or have had no canon representation in the first place (that is, they had no missions or similar events) can app a new canon.
-Everyone is allowed to app a character who comes with no mission/events of their own. Just a character, but without their canon.
-As said above, everyone can app a character into a canon that already exists in the game.
